Ngoc-Tung Vu is a doctoral student at University at Albany, SUNY. His prior academic background in Business and intercultural experiences have shaped his innovative views in Education studies. He is very interested in examining many research methodologies as his scholarly interests to address many educational problems in his sociocultural settings.
Khanh Bui is a PhD Candidate at University of Georgia. His research interests are systemic functional multimodal discourse analysis, multimodality and disciplinary knowledge. His work also centers on how multilingual youth used their own repetoires of meaning-making resources.
Huong Nguyen is a leader in Information and Communications Technology in language teaching in Vietnam, a senior technology expert and teacher trainer at the University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University. She is also a board member of VietTESOL Association (Vietnam Association of English Language Teaching and Research)
Trinh Ngoc Anh is a lecturer at Banking Academy of Vietnam. She did MA in TESOL in England and obtained a PhD in Education in New Zealand. Her research interests include international and comparative education, English language education, curriculum innovation and teacher development. She has published in top journals of international and comparative education. She has co-founded and led impactful research programmes engaging researchers and teachers in Vietnam.
Hanh Dinh is a PhD candidate at the University at Albany, SUNY. Her prior academic background in English Teaching Methodology has inspired her to explore more broader contexts, specifically in learning sciences and design of curriculum and instruction for bi-and-multi-lingual students. Her research interests are bilingualism, intercultural pragmatics, and curriculum studies.
Hang Nguyen is a lecturer of TESOL at Vietnam National University. She acquired her PhD in Education from the University of East Anglia (UK) in 2020. Hang has over 15-year experience educating English language teachers and publications in TATE and leading journals in Vietnam. Her research interests include teacher learning, initial teacher education, SLA, bilingualism and intercultural competence.
Huong Phuc Do is currently Dean at Hung Yen University of Technology and Education (UTEHY) with over fifteen years of teaching and researching in TESOL. She received MA in International English Language Teaching & Applied Linguistic Studies and PhD in English Language Education in the United Kingdom. She can be reached at dophuchuong@gmail.com.
Son Nguyen works as an English language instructor at Thuyloi University, Vietnam. He is currently a PhD candidate in Education at University of Szeged, Hungary. His work has been published on journals such as Heliyon, and RELAY. His research interests focus on stakeholders’ perceptions, learner autonomy, metacognition, and motivation.
Phuong Cao
Phuong Cao ( Cao Thị Hồng Phương) is currently a PhD Candidate in the School of Linguistics and Applied Language Studies at Victoria University of Wellington (VUW) where she had also earned her second M.A in TESOL. Prior to that, Phuong was a full-time teacher trainer at Hanoi National University of Education, Vietnam. Her current research focuses on language assessment, textbook evaluation, and curriculum development. Her work has appeared in the journals of Asian Englishes, Asia TEFL, and the Asian Journal of Applied Linguistics. Recently, she has written a book chapter for Routledge.
